KEMET’s C0805C684K4RACTU is a ceramic capacitor with X5R dielectric, which has a maximum operating temperature of 85°C. It is considered a "semi-stable" capacitor and is classified as a Class II material by the Electronics Components, Assemblies & Materials Association (EIA). This capacitor is suitable for bypass and decoupling applications or for frequency discriminating circuits where Q and stability of capacitance characteristics are not critical. It exhibits predictable changes in capacitance with time and voltage and has minimal changes in capacitance with temperature, limited to ±15% from -55°C to +85°C.
