Description
The Electronic Component Model 0402CS-4N7XJLW is a high reliability chip capacitor designed for surface mount application. It is part of the NOVACAP product line and is classified as a C0G capacitor with a voltage range of 16Vdc to 10kVdc. The capacitors are made with an ultra stable EIA Class I C0G dielectric, or NP0, and undergo special testing for long term reliability. They are burned in at elevated voltage and temperature and are 100% physically and electrically inspected to ensure they meet strict performance criteria. The 0402CS-4N7XJLW capacitors can be tested in accordance with MIL-PRF-55681, MIL-PRF-123, MIL-PRF-49467, or customer-specific requirements.
