The SM5652-003-G-3-S is a CMOS 4-bit single-chip microcomputer that incorporates a carrier output circuit for remote control. It includes ROM, RAM, I/O ports, serial interface, and a timer/counter. This microcomputer is designed for applications such as multi-functional AV remote control systems, high-performance handheld LCD games, and similar systems with low power consumption. It also features a 256 segments LCD drive circuit.
