Description
The VA7315 3.3 is a dual output linear regulator with a 10V ±5% output that sources 1A and a 5V ±5% output that sources 250mA. It is controlled by independent ENABLE pins for each output, allowing for individual control. When both ENABLE inputs are low, the regulator enters sleep mode with a current consumption of less than 50µA. The regulator is designed to be protected against overvoltage, short-circuit, and thermal runaway conditions. It is available in a 7 lead TO-220 package with a copper tab that can be connected to a heat sink if needed.
