  • Description

    The ILD74 is an optically coupled pair consisting of a GaAIAs infrared LED and a silicon NPN phototransistor. It is designed for driving medium-speed logic, providing electrical isolation between input and output. This component can effectively eliminate ground loop and noise problems in digital interface applications, as well as analog applications such as CTR modulation.
