Description
The MAX913ESA+ is a linear comparator and belongs to the MAX912/MAX913 series. It can operate with a single +5V supply or dual ±5V supplies and has an input range that extends below the negative supply. This model is best known for its ultra-fast propagation delay which is only 10ns and its extremely low supply current. The inputs exceed either supply and it also has a low offset voltage. It is now available in a small µMAX package and is ideal for various applications that require low-power, high-speed, single +5V (or ±5V) applications, such as V/F converters or switching regulators.
