    The CY7C185-15VI is a high-performance static RAM belonging to the memory category. It is organized as 8192 words by 8 bits which can be easily expanded using an active LOW chip enable (CE1), an active HIGH chip enable (CE2), active LOW output enable (OE), and three-state drivers. This model is designed to reduce power consumption by 70% when deselected, thanks to the automatic power-down feature associated with CE1 or CE2. It is available in the standard 300-mil-wide DIP, SOJ, or SOIC package.
