Description
The VSC7983XYE-02 is a high-speed electroabsorption modulator driver designed for SONET/SDH and 10GbE applications. It features selectable data retiming, AC-coupled inputs, and internally-stabilized modulation and bias outputs. With a single +5V or -5.2V supply, this electronic component provides excellent output return loss and a differential data input sensitivity of 300mV. It is available in bare dice, 32-pin 5mm x 5mm QFN, or 32-pin Metal-glass QFP package options.
