Brief Description

The AD2S80ATD is a monolithic tracking resolver-to-digital converter with a resolution of 10, 12, 14, or 16 bits. It is designed to convert resolver format input signals into a parallel natural binary digital word using a ratiometric tracking conversion method. The converter allows users to select their desired resolution and dynamic performance by using external components, providing flexibility for different system requirements. The AD2S80ATD is available in a 40-lead DIP or 44-terminal LCC ceramic package, and it is manufactured using a BiMOS II process for combining the advantages of CMOS logic and bipolar high accuracy linear circuits on the same chip.
