Description
FSAM30SH60A is an advanced smart power module (SPM) developed and designed by Fairchild. It is a compact and high-performance AC motor drive module mainly used in high-speed, low-power inverter-driven applications such as washing machines. The module features optimized circuit protection and drive matched to low-loss IGBTs. It also has highly effective short-circuit current detection and protection through the use of advanced current sensing IGBT chips.

- Isolation rating of 2500Vrms/min.
- Very low leakage current due to using ceramic substrate
