Description
The SXA-389BZ is an RF amplifier designed and developed by Stanford Microdevices for infrastructure equipment in various narrowband applications such as cellular, WLL, ISM, and PCS, specifically as a driver device. The device is a high efficiency GaAs Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC housed in a low-cost surface-mountable plastic package. The HBT MMICs are fabricated using molecular beam epitaxial growth technology that provides reliable and consistent performance from wafer to wafer and lot to lot. The amplifier has high linearity, making it an ideal choice for multi-carrier as well as digital applications.
