Description
The PW115-10Q is a step down monolithic power switching regulator. It has a switching current limit of 3.8A, allowing it to deliver more than 2ADC current to the load. The output voltage can be adjusted from 1.235V to 22V. This component comes in an SO8 package with an exposed pad frame, which helps reduce the thermal resistance.
