Description
The RT9194GE is a linear regulator controller designed for portable RF and wireless applications with demanding performance and space requirements. It is optimized for battery-powered systems to deliver ultra-low noise and low quiescent current. The regulator ground current increases only slightly in dropout, prolonging the battery life. The RT9194GE works with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing the board space necessary for power applications, which is critical in hand-held wireless devices. It also has a fast turn-on time of less than 50μs and consumes less than 0.01μA in shutdown mode.
