Description
The ADF4118BRUZ-RL7 is a member of the ADF4116 family of frequency synthesizers designed for use in wireless transmitters and receivers. It consists of a low-noise digital Phase Frequency Detector (PFD), a charge pump, programmable reference divider, programmable A and B counters, and a dual-modulus prescaler. These components work together to generate a local oscillator for wireless communication systems. Additionally, the synthesizer supports a 2.7 V to 5.5 V power supply, selected charge pump currents, and a fast-lock mode.
