Description
The Lucent Technologies Microelectronics Group TTRN-0530H-0022-T operates at the OC-48/STM-16 data rate of 2.5 Gbits/s. It supports both the 2.5 Gbits/s serial data rate and the RS FEC OC-48/STM-16 data rate of 2.7 Gbits/s. The TTRN-0530H-0022-T also features a fully integrated clock synthesizer, a 16:1 data multiplexer, parity checking and valid data indication, data inversion option, and a high-speed CML serial data output for system loopback. It is available in both MBIC 025 BiCMOS technology and lower-power MBIC 025 silicon germanium BiCMOS technology. The TTRN-0530H-0022-T is designed for use in SONET/SDH line origination equipment, add/drop multiplexers, cross connects, test equipment, and digital video transmission.
