Description
The ZXRE250BW5 is a three terminal adjustable shunt regulator in the voltage reference product category. It offers excellent temperature stability and can handle output currents up to 100mA. With a very low cathode current for regulation, typically 40μA, it provides a low power enhancement to industry standard '431 parts. The ZXRE250BW5 is available in both 3-pin and 5-pin versions of SOT23, while the ZXRE252 offers a reverse pinout in SOT23. These devices can be used as replacements for Zener diodes in many applications where an improvement in Zener performance is required.
