ZLDO1117G50TA is a linear voltage regulator of the LDO category that provides an adjustable or fixed-mode positive voltage output with a capability of 1A. The model has a 2% tolerance across the industrial temperature range and has less than 1.2V dropout at full load current, making it ideal for providing well-regulated outputs of 1.2V to 5.0V with input supply voltages up to 18V. The ZLDO1117G50TA is designed to supply power to low voltage IC applications, such as high-speed bus termination and low current 3.3V logic supply across the whole industrial temperature range.
