Description
The Q6006LH4TP is a bidirectional alternistor TRIAC from Teccor, which is used for switching highly inductive loads. It offers high surge current capability and glass-passivated junctions. This alternistor is specially designed to provide better turn-off behavior compared to a standard TRIAC by using a special chip to offer the same performance as two inverse parallel wired thyristors (SCRs).
