Description
The AD977BRS is a high-speed, low-power 16-bit Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) designed for electronic components. It operates from a single 5V supply and has a throughput rate of 100 kSPS. The ADC features a successive approximation, switched capacitor architecture, an internal 2.5V reference, and a high-speed serial interface. It is factory calibrated to minimize linearity errors and can be used with full scale bipolar input ranges of ±10V, ±5V, ±3.3V, as well as unipolar ranges of 0V to 10V, 0V to 5V, and 0V to 4V. The AD977BRS is comprehensively tested for both DC and AC parameters, including offset, gain, linearity, SNR, and THD.
