Description
The XC6201P332PR-G is a linear voltage regulator from the XC6201 series. These regulators use CMOS and laser trimming technologies to achieve high precision and low power consumption. This series delivers large currents with a small dropout voltage. It includes a current limiter circuit, a driver transistor, a precision reference voltage, and an error amplifier. The output voltage can be set in 0.1V increments between 1.3V and 6.0V. The XC6201P332PR-G is available in SOT-25, SOT-89, USP-6B, and TO-92 packages.
