Description
The MIC2548A-1YMM is a highly integrated, high-side power switch designed for DC power switching and power management applications. This power switch is designed to be a cost-effective solution with minimal external components needed to meet USB and Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) requirements. The MIC2548A-1YMM has an adjustable current threshold and a maximum on-resistance of 120mΩ. It also has features like reverse current flow blocking, open-drain fault flag, thermal shutdown, and available with active-high or active-low enable.

- Thermal shutdown output latch (MIC2548A)
- 2ms (slow) turn-on and fast turn-off
- Available with active-high or active-low enable
