Description
The MAX19790ETX+ is an electronic component model of an RF attenuator. It is a complete single-chip controller that boasts of being the smallest, safest, and most accurate. The MAX19790ETX+ has on-chip power MOSFETS and comes with a circuit footprint less than 0.93in2 and circuit height less than 3mm. It promises temperature stability to 0.001°C, accurate independent heating and cooling current limits, and eliminates surges by directly controlling TEC current to ensure a low-ripple and low-noise design. This electronic component model also comes with adjustable differential TEC voltage limit, TEC current monitor, temperature monitor and over and undertemperature alarm. It has bipolar ±3A output current (MAX1978) and unipolar +6A output current (MAX1979).
