The QNM1523A49 49.152MHz is an IC chip used in electronic components. It is a high-performance static random access memory designed for use in low voltage systems operating in radiation environments. It is fabricated with Honeywell’s radiation hardened Silicon On Insulator (SOI) technology. It consumes less power when in standby mode.
