Description
The NCP1014ST100T3 is a member of the NCP101X series, which integrates a fixed-frequency current-mode controller and a 700V MOSFET. This model is housed in a PDIP-7, PDIP-7 Gull Wing or SOT-223 package. The NCP101X provides all the features needed to build a low-cost and rugged power supply, offering features such as soft-start, frequency jittering, short-circuit protection, skip-cycle, maximum peak current setpoint, and Dynamic Self-Supply (no need for an auxiliary winding).
