The FAN8200MTC is a monolithic integrated circuit designed for use in two-phase stepping motor drive systems. It features dual H-bridge drivers with vertical-PNP power transistors, and each bridge has an independent enable pin, allowing for versatility in applications beyond stepping motor drives.
