Description
The 24LLC02A is a serial EEPROM with a 2,048-bit capacity. It utilizes the I2C-bus serial interface and is fabricated using Ceramates advanced CMOS technology. This component is designed for low power and low voltage applications, supporting an operating voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V. It features a hardware-based write protection circuit for the entire memory area, controlled by the write-protect (WP) pin. The 24LLC02A also supports fast mode and standard mode.
