Description
The ZA3030 is an optical receiver designed for use in SDH/SONET fibre optic links. It amplifies the current generated by a photo detector and converts it to a differential output voltage.

- On-chip low-pass filter with adjustable bandwidth
- Differential transimpedance of 1.8 MΩ
- On-chip Automatic Gain Control (AGC)
- PECL or CML compatible data outputs
- LOS (Loss Of Signal) detection
- Adjustable LOS threshold level
- On-chip DC offset compensation
- Single supply voltage from 3.0 to 5.5 V
- Bias voltage for PIN diode
