Description
The MXD1210CSA+T is a nonvolatile RAM controller that converts standard CMOS RAM into nonvolatile memory. It is designed to provide write protection to the RAM when the power supply is in a marginal condition and also switches to battery-backup mode in case of power failure. With its low power consumption and various features, it is widely used in µP systems, computers, and embedded systems.
