The 4RV16-050A250-R500JT is a low power CMOS static random access memory, also known as LY621024. It has a capacity of 1,048,576 bits, organized as 131,072 words by 8 bits. This memory is fabricated using high-performance and high-reliability CMOS technology. The standby current of this model is stable within the range of operating temperatures. It is designed for very low power system applications, making it well suited for battery back-up nonvolatile memory applications. The LY621024 operates from a single power supply of 5V and all inputs and outputs are fully TTL compatible.Specifications and features
