Description
The LM285M1.2 is a two-terminal bandgap voltage regulator diode belonging to the LM285/LM385 series of micropower voltage references. These diodes are designed to operate over a wide current range of 10 µA to 20 mA, feature low dynamic impedance and noise, and offer stable operation over time and temperature. The devices feature a large dynamic operating range and tight voltage tolerances achieved by on-chip trimming, making them suitable for applications with widely varying supplies and requiring excellent regulation. This product is an ideal choice for portable instrumentation, regulators, and other analog circuitry where extended battery life is required. The LM285M1.2 is packaged in a low-cost TO-226AA plastic case and is available with a voltage output of 1.235 V.
