Description
The SFH617A-3X007 is a transistor output optocoupler that features a high current transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance, and high isolation voltage. It is designed with a GaAs infrared diode emitter that is optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector. This optocoupler is enclosed in a plastic DIP-4 package.
