Pericom Semiconductor’s PI3VT series of logic circuits, produced using the Company’s advanced submicron CMOS technology, achieve industry-leading performance. The PI3VT3245 is a 2.5V or 3.3V 8-bit, 2-port bus switch with a low On-Resistance of 5Ω. It is designed to be turned ON or enabled by the Bus Enable (BE) input signal. The switch translates the outputs to 2.5V when operated with a 3.3V supply and 3.3V inputs, and to 1.8V when operated with a 2.5V supply and 2.5V inputs.
