The ADA10001R is a monolithic IC designed for high linearity applications such as Cellular Telephone Base Station Driver Amplifiers, CATV Fiber Receiver and Distribution Amplifiers, and CATV Drop Amplifiers. It comes in a modified 16-lead surface mount SOIC package, making it suitable for amplifiers where small size, reduced component count, and high reliability are important.
