  • Description

    The DS1210S+ is a nonvolatile controller chip that helps convert CMOS RAM into nonvolatile memory. It is equipped with special circuitry that allows for precise voltage detection at extremely low battery consumption. The chip enables automatic switching to battery when a power failure occurs, ensuring uninterrupted power supply to the RAM. Additionally, it offers optional power-fail detection and industrial temperature range of 40°C to +85°C. The chip comes in space-saving 8-Pin PDIP or 16-Pin SO packages and requires less than 100nA of battery current. On power-up, the chip automatically tests battery condition and provides for redundant batteries.
