Description
The ADuM240x1 are 4-channel digital isolators based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. These isolation components offer superior performance characteristics than alternatives like traditional optocoupler devices. The typical optocoupler concerns regarding uncertain current transfer ratios, nonlinear transfer functions, and temperature and lifetime effects are eliminated with the simple iCoupler digital interfaces and stable performance characteristics. Additionally, iCoupler devices operate at lower power requirements than optocouplers at comparable signal data rates. The ADUM2400ARWZ is a model in the ADUM240x1 series of electronic components and falls under the product category of digital isolators.
