Description
The 100EP90 is a voltage translator and level shifter designed to convert triple ECL signals to LVPECL or PECL output signals. It has a typical propagation delay of 260 ps and a maximum frequency of over 3 GHz. The device operates with voltage supplies ranging from 3.0 V to 5.5 V for VCC, and −3.0 V to −5.5 V for VEE. The 100EP90 features an open input default state, safety clamp on inputs, a fully differential design, and a Q output that will default LOW with inputs open or at VEE. It also includes a VBB output and is a Pb−Free device.
