Description
The SO3G2020-40QFN-0A is a high efficiency class-D amplifier with low power dissipation. It has a continuous time output power of 2 × 15 W in stereo half-bridge application (RL = 4 Ω) or 1 × 30 W in mono full-bridge application (RL = 8 Ω). The device can be used without an external heat sink when playing music, thanks to its low power dissipation. It also features thermal foldback, allowing it to operate with considerable music output power even at high supply voltages and/or lower load impedances.Specifications and features
