The AMC7628-5.0LPT is a member of the ADDM North Star White/Blue LED driver family, specifically designed for LCD display's backlight white LEDs that are powered by Li-ion batteries. With its special circuit design, it provides over 90% efficiency and low noise operation. No external component is required for this LED driver.

- LED sink current 20mA and 15mA
- Individual current sink circuit for all LEDs outputs to prevent short/open circuit
- PTC LED current for luminosity compensation
- 3 channels (SOT-26), 4 channels (MSOP-8) available
- Supply voltage range: 2.7V ~ 6V
- Standby current: 0.1uA
- 2KV HBM ESD protection
- Advanced Bi-CMOS process
