Description
The IL712-2E is a CMOS digital isolator that belongs to the 710 series and is manufactured by NVE Corporation. It features NVE’s patented* IsoLoop® technology that provides high-speed performance and exceptional transient immunity specifications. The device has a symmetrical magnetic coupling barrier that offers it a typical propagation delay of just 10 ns and pulse width distortion of 2 ns, making it the device with the best specifications of any isolator. Additionally, the device has a data rate of 100 Mbaud, making it the world's fastest digital isolator. The device is designed to isolate digital fieldbus isolation, multiplexed data transmission, computer peripheral interface, noise reduction in high-speed digital systems, isolated data interfaces, and logic level shifting applications. The device is available in 8-pin PDIP and 8-pin SOIC packages and can operate at a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C.
