Description
The TL431-CTA is a three-terminal adjustable shunt regulator used for voltage regulation in electronic circuits. It has a specified thermal stability over a temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃ and can operate with input voltages up to 40V. The TL431-CTA is an excellent replacement for zener diodes in various applications due to its sharp turn-on characteristic and programmable output voltage up to 40V.
