Description
TOP264EG is an offline switcher, which belongs to the AC DC converters category. It is a monolithic device that incorporates a 725 V power MOSFET, high-voltage switched current source, multi-mode PWM control, oscillator, thermal shutdown circuit, fault protection, and other control circuitry cost-effectively. The product is equipped with EcoSmart® technology, ensuring energy-efficiency over the entire load range. It has a no-load consumption less than 100 mW at 265 VAC and can support up to 750 mW standby output power for 1 W input at 230 VAC.
