Description
The ADG508FBNZ is a fault-protected analog multiplexer comprised of eight single channels. It provides both device and signal source protection against overvoltage and power loss through a series n-channel, p-channel, n-channel MOSFET structure. The multiplexer can withstand continuous overvoltage inputs ranging from -40V to +55V. During fault conditions with power supplies off, the multiplexer input or output appears as an open circuit with only a few nanoamperes of leakage current flowing through it. The ADG508FBNZ is ideal for both fault-protected and non-fault-protected applications.
