The QS3257S1X is a high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible bus switch designed for use in various electronic applications. It provides a set of eight bidirectional switches that can connect inputs to outputs without adding propagation delay or generating ground bounce noise. With its low ON resistance, it offers enhanced performance compared to conventional logic devices. The QS3257S1X is compatible with the pinout of 74FCT245, 74F245, and 74ALS/AS/LS245 8-bit transceivers. It operates reliably in a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
