Description
The SP6128AH is a fixed frequency, voltage mode, synchronous PWM controller designed for high-efficiency power conversion in low voltage applications. It operates from a single 5V or 3.3V input supply and provides excellent AC and DC regulation. With minimal external components and a compact 14-pin TSSOP package, the SP6128AH is cost-effective and suitable for applications where small size and high efficiency are critical. The operating frequency of the SP6128AH is 300kHz, allowing for small inductor values and minimal PC board space. It features two N-channel power MOSFETs for improved efficiency and includes an accurate 0.8V reference for low output voltage applications.
