The MC74HC244ADTG is an octal 3-state noninverting buffer/line driver/line receiver. It is a high-performance silicon-gate CMOS electronic component that is identical in pinout to the LS244. The device inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs and with pullup resistors, they are compatible with LSTTL outputs.
