Description
The G002A-BX is a multi voltage regulator IC, part of the R5320G Series. It features high output voltage accuracy, low supply current, low noise, low ON-resistance, and high ripple rejection. The G002A-BX consists of three voltage regulators, each including a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, resistors for setting the output voltage, a current limit circuit, and a chip enable circuit.

- Low Standby Current: TYP. 0.1µA for VR1, VR2, and VR3
- Low Dropout Voltage: TYP. 0.22V for VR1 and 0.16V for VR2, VR3
- High Ripple Rejection: TYP. 70dB at f=1kHz
- High Output Voltage Accuracy: ±2.0%
- Excellent Load Transient Response and Line Transient Response
- Small Package: 8-Pin SSOP (0.65mm pitch)
- Input Voltage: Max. 6V
