The HG62E series: High-performance CMOS gate array
The HG62E series is a high-performance CMOS gate array that features 1um gate length and 2-layer metal interconnect technology. These twelve master chips come with high gate count/pads ranging from 770/68 to 24,000/272, enabling efficient replacement of both CMOS logics and TTL logics.
The series boasts a high speed of 0.7 ns typ and offers compatibility of input and output buffers at TTL/CMOS level.
