Description
The MIC2076-1YM is a high-side MOSFET switch designed for power distribution applications that require protection. It has a maximum on-resistance of 140mΩ per channel, and an operating voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. It comes with several features such as internally current limited, thermal shutdown, short circuit protection, undervoltage lockout, and reverse current flow blocking. Additionally, it has a fault status flag with a 3ms filter that eliminates false assertions, making it a reliable component in various applications.
