    The Z80180™ is an 8-bit microprocessor unit (MPU) categorized under microprocessors. It provides several key system functions on-chip and offers backward compatibility with existing ZiLOG Z80 devices. The CPU incorporates I/O devices such as DMA, UART, and timer channels, wait-state generators, an interrupt controller, and a clock oscillator. It comes housed in 80-pin QFP, 68-pin PLCC, and 64-pin DIP packages.
