Electronic Component Model: TA0576A is a power chip resistor that features Ohmite's thick film on alumina substrate technology. This resistor offers a high power density and requires 50% less board space compared to other radial packages. Its planar package configuration maximizes convection cooling and allows for high-temperature operation. The resistor has a wide resistance range and low inductance, making it suitable for power supplies, audio amplifiers, video fly-back, and other power control applications.
